Whitakers fountains are intended to be used only in freshwater.

If it becomes necessary to return a fountain Fountain owner is reponsible for all shipping cost associated with the return. Upone receipt we will inspect the item and determine if the item is defective under the warranty.

If the item is found to be defective under warranty then WHITAKERS FOUNTAINS will replace the covered part at no cost for the covered part, but if additional items are required to complete the repair or replacement such as cords, splice kits, plugs, piping, spray heads,etc. then those items will be charged at a discounted rate to the customer.
